Turkey Breast Casserole Recipe

The turkey breast casserole has vegetables like baby potatoes, sweet peas, and carrots. In just minutes doing casserole cooking you can have a healthy meal.

The casserole is adequate especially as a simple thanksgiving dinner food recipe for 1 or 2 persons.


Turkey Breast Cooking time and preparation: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

Small potatoes2 boneless turkey breasts
salt to taste
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
1/2 tbsp small oregano leaves (crushed)
black ground pepper (to taste)
7 baby potatoes (peeled)
1/3 cup sweet peas
1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
1 tbsp light sour cream (optional)


Procedure:

1- In a cooking pan, put 1 tbsp salt, crushed garlic, black pepper, 3/4 cup chicken stock and oregano.

2- Cook and stir until the seasonings are well mixed.

3- In a crystal container pour the brine and add the turkey breasts.

4- Refrigerate the container for 12 hours.

5- Now, slice the turkey in approximately 1/2 inch strips.

6- Rub the turkey strips with the olive oil.
Fresh carrots
7- In a baking dish place the baby potatoes and season then with just a bit of salt.

8- Add the sweet peas, carrots and turkey breasts.

9- Then pour a 1/4 cup of chicken stock.

10- Mix everything with your hands.

11- How long do you cook turkey breast?

      Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.

12- Serve and add some light sour cream on top.
