Eating salt free foods is sometimes necessary when a person has blood pressure problems. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition where the blood pressure raises to a level that is a dangerous for a person. The normal blood pressure commonly accepted is 120/80 mmHg; many consistent readings above that level is considered high blood pressure.

Squeezing some lemon juice in your favorite dishes can add that salty flavor without risking your health as well.
