The mango fruit salad
recipe is a delicious and
mouthwatering dessert.
It is a source of vitamins without the excess
of processed sugar.
In place of a heavy treat, you can actually indulge yourself by eating
a light and colorful fresh fruit salad.
Preparation
time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
5 cups of ripe mango (cubed)
5 strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi,
sliced
1 cup pineapple (cubed)
2 cups peach (cubed)
1 tbsp of lime juice

Directions:
1- In a a bowl put the
mango, pineapple and peach.
2- Carefully mix them
with a salad spoon.
3- Then add the
strawberries and the kiwi.
4- Toss the whole
salad around.
(Optional: you can add 1/2 cup of orange slices.)
5- Now add the lime
juice.
6- Refrigerate for
about 4 hours and serve this healthy dessert.
