damage the kidneys even more.
Increase the intake of complex carbohydrates. They provide an excellent
energy source that can last way longer than simple ones. Leafy
vegetables and citrus fruits are a great source of complex
carbohydrates. Carrots can also be helpful in providing
the necessary nutrients for the kidneys to work well. When eaten
regularly they can decrease the
low density lipoprotein (LDL)
cholesterol and the risk of coronary heart disease as well. You can use
brewer’s yeast as supplement to increase the amount of amino acids and
vitamin B complex nutrients in your body.
The potassium intake should be controlled as the potassium can have
damaging effects if consumed in high amounts. You also have to be
careful with the amount of liquid ingested as too much of it can be
harmful.
The protein intake must also be controlled. Kidneys can suffer more
damage if too much protein is taken. Certain medications can also hurt
the kidneys when taken over a long period of time. Remember to consult
