You can use brewer’s yeast as supplement to increase the amount of amino acids and vitamin B complex nutrients in your body.

The potassium intake should be controlled as the potassium can have damaging effects if consumed in high amounts. You also have to be careful with the amount of liquid ingested as too much of it can be harmful.
