Diets usually work only for a short period of time. The best example is when someone is trying to lose weight and use a diet to achieve it. Once the person has achieved it; they will usually start eating all they can find again. They think that since they are so skinny they don’t have to worry about that. The result is they end up weighting even more than before.
The key is to use life style changes. A life style change unlike a diet is something that you plan to do for the long run, not just for a couple of months. These changes will definitely improve your health and the quality of your life. You have to think at all times how good your new way of life feels like.
