Simple Chicken Breast Honey Marinade

The chicken breast honey marinade is a very easy recipe.

The dish is suitable for the reason that people with high blood pressure should consume the least amount of fat.


Some mashed potatoes or vegetables are a fitting complement for the dinner.


Cooking and preparation time:
40 minutes

Ingredients:

3 boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
2 tbsp honey (not syrup)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
¼ tsp onion powder
ground black pepper (to taste)


Baked chicken


Directions:

1- Season chicken breasts with onion powder and pepper.

2- In a pan or crystal recipient, place: garlic, olive oil, honey and chicken stock. Mix well.

3- Put the bonesless chicken breasts in the marinating sauce.

4- Refrigerate the chicken overnight to fully marinate.

5- Use the rest of the olive oil to grease a baking mold and place the chicken.

6- Set the temperature of the oven at 325º F and bake for 30 minutes.

7- Turn the chicken ocassionally.

8- In small pan, place the marinating sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

9- Pour a bit of the cooked sauce over the chichen breasts and enjoy.
